Official Investigation: Obama's Birth Certificate is a Forgery.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the law enforcer leading an independent investigation into the authenticity of the latest release of the Obama birth certificate, has thrust the issue back into the media spotlight by asking for the aid of the U.S. Selective Service System. “Among the findings is not only the President’s birth certificate a likely fraud, but furthermore, there is probable cause to believe that the Selective Service Registration card on file and allegedly submitted by Mr. Obama on July 29, 1980, was also a forgery.” “While my office will continue pursuing this investigation, I have spoken of the need to enlist the aid of other agencies,” Arpaio noted. “As a first step to that end, I am now requesting the assistance of the U.S. Selective Service System asking them to conduct a concurrent investigation to verify the authenticity of this document.”

 Arpaio has asked for a response from the federal agency within 30 days on whether or not it will provide a hard copy of the original document. In the press release, Arpaio warns that failure to comply with his request could result in legal action. “Failure to register or otherwise comply with the Selective Service registration process is a serious offense,” Arpaio notes. “The law says a person who fails to register can end up with a $250,000 fine, five years imprisonment and is ultimately prohibited from holding any job in government.” Arpaio’s investigation contends that the document location number and several other identifying factors indicate that Obama’s Selective Service Form was created in 2008 and has been altered to appear as if it dates from 1980. Arpaio and his team have only so far had access to a photocopy of the document. Earlier this week, Arpaio said he believes that the media is purposefully downplaying birthers’ efforts in a conspiracy “bigger than Watergate.” The birther issue has also been given new traction by a story we reported on yesterdayconcerning Obama’s alleged links to the family of Bill Ayers, who were said to have referred to the future president as a “foreign student” they were personally funding to be put through school.

The distinction is that the EU and Japan offered assurances they will go beyond past reductions and continue to curb purchases from the world’s fourth biggest producer, U.S. officials say. “What we are looking for is for countries to come to us and tell us if they believe that they should be in that category that deserves an exemption, what are the kinds of significant reductions that they are willing to pursue,” said Carlos Pascual, the State Department’s special envoy and coordinator for international energy affairs.

Attorney General Eric Holder delivered a speech earlier this month in which he demolished what was left of the rule of law in America. bluntly explained that this administration believes it has the authority to use lethal force against Americans if the President determines them to be a threat to the nation. He tells us that this is not a violation of the due process requirements of our Constitution because the President himself embodies "due process" as he unilaterally determines who is to be targeted. As Holder said, "a careful and thorough executive branch review of the facts in a case amounts to 'due process.'"

 That means that the administration believes it is the President himself who is to be the judge, jury, and executioner. "All the Administration has said is that they closely and faithfully follow their own guidelines -- even if their decisions are not subject to judicial review. DIRETO DA CASA BRANCA - President Obama has issued an executive order, titled “National Defense Resources Preparedness”, which instructs the heads of various U.S. agencies to be on standby of the authorization of martial law under by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.  The order in fact gives Executive Branch immediate to power to seize and control of any and all assets declared as critical to maintain its industrial and technological base and to control the general distribution of any material (including applicable services) in the civilian market. The order further authorizes the immediate issuance of regulations to allocate, ration, or seize and all materials, including every thing from food, live stock and farm equipment to transportation, energy and even water! Under this order the heads of these of cabinets of Agriculture, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Transportation, Defense and Commerce can seize or ration any food, livestock, fertilizer, farm equipment, all forms of energy, all forms transportation and all other materials, including construction materials. The order has been issued under the premise that the United States must maintain its industrial and technological base to maintain National Security and National Defense, which includes giving assistance to foreign nations, during times of war and times of peace. Some of the oddest provisions include the allocation of water authority to use chemical and biological weapons being delegated to the Department of Defense, and the authority to place items owned by the Federal government in private property as well as sell Federal government property to private individuals.

On March 20th, it not only celebrates the beginning of a new year but also the end of the dollar as an acceptable currency for payment of its oil. Essentially, Iran will no longer accept the U.S. dollar as payment for oil, and instead, will be looking for other currencies and commodities. It's the commercialization of petroleum and other byproducts in various currencies other than the U.S. dollar, primarily the euro, Iranian rial and a basket of other major (non-U.S.) currencies. The urge to “de-dollarize,” or to withdraw from U.S. Treasury bills and the dollar, is a direct result of foreign countries' mistrust in the U.S. government's ability to control its massive budget deficits. Foreign countries are realizing that oftentimes dollarization makes them vulnerable to changes in U.S. currency policy, especially in a currency crisis. Iran's de-dollarization intentions aside, many of the emerging economies are also considering de-dollarization. Lately, de-dollarization seems to be picking up momentum. India has expanded on this theme by proposing the setup of a multilateral non-dollarized bank that would be funded exclusively by emerging nations to include the BRIC countries, and South Africa, for the purpose of financing projects in those countries. My sincere hope is that March 20th won't be an excuse for yet another war in the Middle East, propelled by the U.S., or by proxy through Israel, which would somehow end up inflaming tensions in the region, and at best, be a lose-lose situation for the entire world. Notwithstanding the fact that China and Russia, both formidable powers, have warned against any attack on Iran, mainly due to the massive investments both countries have in that country.

US Congressman Tom Graves, a Republican from Georgia, asked the FBI’s Mueller if Holder’s qualifications for an ordered kill could be applied domestically. “I have to go back. Uh, I’m not certain whether that was addressed or not,” responded an unsure Mueller. Rep. Graves from there rephrased his inquiry, asking if, “from a historical perspective,” the federal government has “the ability to kill a US citizen on United States soil or just overseas.” Mueller once again suspended an explanation. “I’m going to defer that to others in the Department of Justice,” responded the director.

 When prompted by Fox News to extrapolate on Mueller’s deferral, a spokeswoman for the Justice Department defaulted to Holder’s earlier address, simply repeating the attorney general’s insistence that US citizens outside of the US are fair-game for an Executive Branch-ordered assassination. Under Holder’s explanation offered at Northwestern, however, it could be inferred that even those on American soil aren’t excluded. Congress wants to know if that is the case and with the feds unsure themselves, it might mean President Obama himself has to put in his two cents so Americans know if they are eligible for one of his personalized assassination orders too. Holder said that the US government believes an assassination on one of the country’s own can be carried out if the individual makes the criteria established under three qualifiers — the target must pose an imminent threat of violent attack against the United States, capture must be not be considered feasible and the operation would be conducted in a manner consistent with applicable law of war principles.

It is mutual distrust between Iran and the US that stalls the diplomatic settlement, he believes. “The really interesting thing about the Israeli situation is…that the heads of the three Israeli intelligence services do not seem to be recommending any military attack. They seem to be against it, for good reasons: it involves many to many risks and complications and it is unlikely to achieve, in any serious and continuing way, the objective of stopping the Iranian program,” Thomas R. Pickering said.
