Rússia adverte NOVAMENTE: usará armas nucleares se for ameaçada. Defenderá Irã.
Russia's armed forces have announced that they are prepared to use nuclear weapons in the event of a perceived threat by other countries. General Nikolai Makarov maintains that Russia's right to do this is clearly laid out in the army's doctrine. Makarov insists that even though Russia has no such plans to wage war against the whole of NATO, the Russian Federation borders certain "unstable states". However, should conflict arise between them, Russia will not hastily take up its nuclear weapons, but, claims Makarov, will simply prepare a strong and mobile armed force which would be able to resolve any conflict-situation.
