ROSTOV-ON-DON, September 4 (RIA Novosti) - Observers from the Organization for the Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), who are working in the Rostov Region, have not detected any violations of Ukrainian airspace by Russian helicopters, the head of the mission Paul Picard said. As US backed insurgents were defeated on the battlefield, the US and NATO unleashed a horrific bombing campaign. Now Libya, once the wealthiest country on the African continent, is in ruin. The country has been destroyed, and rival factions battle for power surrounded by poverty.
